We are delighted to introduce our school to you. Milkwood has been serving the community for 50 years. We offer pre-primary education for children from 2 years to 6 years old. Our facilities include a large free play area and 4 classrooms.
At Milkwood Pre-primary school we develop the whole child; socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. In fact we prepare them for life. Our school has a Christian ethos, but all faiths are welcome. We develop confident and secure boys and girls who feel loved and cared for in a happy, small and secure environment.

Our teachers
Are educationally trained teachers, supervise each of the groups. Our 2-3 year olds is supervised by Mrs. Maliza Daniels, 3-4 Mrs. Shirley Philips(Principal) Intermediate (4 – 6 year olds) /Grade R class by Mrs. Phillipa Warren and our Special Needs class by Sharmorne Clempitt
Our Programme
Consists of an organized curriculum covering all learning areas. We achieve this through educational organisers which are built on each year. We include music, art, physical activities, stories, educational games and many other tasks to achieve these aims. Our Grade R class has an excellent “School Readiness Programme” which prepares our children for school. Our Grade R’s follow the CAPS curriculum.
